Banquet Server

About the role

Role: Banquet Server sets up, serves, and breaks down food and beverage service for weddings, corporate functions, and private events according to each event's specifications. Responsibilities: include arranging tables and place settings, serving plated or buffet meals and beverages in a timely manner, clearing courses, and responding to guest requests with professionalism. This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed, as you are available). Prior banquet or restaurant experience is highly preferred, and a current food-handler certification and responsible alcohol service training are a plus.
